Can you guarantee error-free signings and fast document return?
Yes. Every package is thoroughly double-checked before being returned. We guarantee scanbacks within 1 hour of closing and can drop documents for overnight shipping the same day. If there’s ever an error on our part, we’ll correct it immediately at no cost to you.
Are your notaries trained, certified, and professional?
Absolutely. All notaries we use are background-checked, NNA-certified, and experienced in real estate signings. For RON closings, we use MISMO-compliant platforms and walk clients through the process to ensure a smooth experience.
Are you available on-demand and during non-business hours?
Yes. We offer extended hours, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling to support your clients—especially during end-of-month and holiday closings.
How do you protect client privacy and ensure compliance?
We use secure, encrypted RON platforms that meet or exceed state and federal compliance standards. Each session is recorded (as required), and all data is handled with strict confidentiality. We also carry E&O insurance for added peace of mind.
