  • In-person notarization entries are maintained in a secure physical journal for the longer of the notary commission term or three years.

  • Remote Online Notarization recordings and electronic journals are retained securely for five years.

  • Sensitive documents are not retained beyond what is legally required for service fulfillment or compliance.

Nightly Notary LLC takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption protocols for sensitive data, secure server environments, and access controls that restrict personal data to authorized personnel.
