Background Screening Required
All Nightly Notary agents maintain current, annually renewed background screenings to meet title company and lender compliance standards. Accepted providers include the National Notary Association (NNA), Sterling, Checkr, and ClearChecks. Documentation is verified and kept on file to ensure eligibility for sensitive signing assignments.

E&O Insurance Required
All agents carry Errors and Omissions insurance with a minimum of $25,000 in coverage. Coverage of $100,000 is maintained whenever required or preferred by the title company. Proof of active coverage is verified and monitored to ensure continuous protection.

Active Notary Commission
All agents maintain an active notary commission in their state of authorization. Commission status and expiration dates are verified prior to assignment eligibility, and documentation is maintained on file to ensure compliance with state and title company requirements.
