The total cost for our Online Notary services is based on the standard fee schedule for the state of Texas, which includes:

Additional stamps will have a fee of $10.00 each

All Loan Signing fees above include travel inside the "map radius" and printing costs of the page count listed. Additional fees are incurred if the notary must travel outside the map or if packages are in excess of the page count listed.

Must be scheduled within 24 hours in advance of the appointment to allow for scheduling
Mobile Notary Service
$150.00 minimum travel fee (includes travel located within a 15-mile radius of Rockwall, TX)
Additional Travel
$2.00 per mile beyond the initial 15-mile radius

Hospitals/Medical Locations (30 minutes at location time)
