The total cost for our Online Notary services is based on the standard fee schedule for the state of Texas, which includes:

All Notarizations online have a base fee of $25.00 which covers one document with 1 stamp.
Additional stamps will have a fee of $10.00 each
Additional signatures will have a fee of $1.00 each
All notarizations are performed in accordance with Texas state laws and regulations.
MOBILE NOTARY
STANDARD MOBILE SERVICE FEE
Mobile Notary Service
$30.00 travel fee (includes travel located within a 10-mile radius of Rockwall, TX)
Additional Travel
$1 per mile beyond the initial 10-mile radius
LATE NIGHT & WEEKEND SERVICES
Travel to a specified location between 5:30PM - 10:00PM
Must be scheduled within 24 hours in advance of the appointment to allow for scheduling
Mobile Notary Service
$100.00 minimum travel fee (includes travel located within a 20-mile radius of Rockwall, TX)
Additional Travel
$2.00 per mile beyond the initial 20-mile radius
LOCATION SPECIFIC FEES
Hospitals/Medical Locations (30 minutes at location time)
Jails / Detention Centers (45 minutes at location time)
DFW Airport Terminal
Additional time at any specified location (beyond time allocated)
$35.00 travel fee
$75.00 travel fee

NOTE** All signings require a 50% deposit or $30.00 whichever is less prior to appointment arrival.
